Accessibility

Ways to make Khatamly easier to use, plus known limitations.

Updated 27 October 2026

Reading and controls

Settings offers Standard and Large interface text. The app uses labelled controls, visible focus styles and shared dialog components. Keyboard users can use Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space to activate them. Dialogs support Escape to close. Many animations respond to your device’s reduced-motion preference.

Mus’haf limitations

The supplied books are displayed as page images. You can enlarge the page, use page buttons and jump to mapped sections, but the page text is not selectable and is not a fully accessible screen-reader transcript. Large interface text does not enlarge the text printed on a book page. Some sections share a page, so check the assigned boundary before marking reading complete.

Accessibility status

We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance. Screen-reader behavior, large text and small-screen layouts may still have issues. Tell support which page and action is affected so it can be investigated.

Report a barrier

Email support@khatamly.com or open Support in Settings. Include the device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, the page and what you could not do. A screenshot is helpful when possible, but remove private information. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.
